What we don’t store

SOLID3D does not store sensitive information such as IP addresses, debit or credit card numbers, or bank account numbers.

The enquiry form

When you send us a message through the contact form, the name, email address, phone number (if you give one), service selection and message are emailed straight to us at info@solid3d.au. They are not saved to a database on this website.

We use those details for one thing: replying to your enquiry and, if it becomes a job, running that job. We don’t sell them, rent them, or add you to a mailing list.

Orders and payments

Checkout information is stored by WooCommerce in the WooCommerce sessions table and the WordPress metadata table. This information is used by Stripe to process customers’ payments. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.

Website statistics

SOLID3D tracks user activity on its website for the sole purpose of gathering statistical information, such as the number of visits to its pages and their approximate geolocation.
